As a Lawn & Garden CSR, you’ll help customers find the right products and solutions while creating a friendly, positive shopping experience.
You’ll assist customers, maintain department organization, support sales operations, and help ensure the Lawn & Garden department stays clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and shopping experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department appearance
- Support product stocking and inventory organization
- Assist customers with purchases and department questions
- Report security or loss prevention concerns to management
- Support daily store operations and customer satisfaction goals
- Help maintain a positive and productive team environment
We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good math and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
- Experience with Paladin POS systems
- Basic knowledge of lawn and garden products or landscaping materials
- Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs
