Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day
operations of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. From receiving shipments and managing inventory to preparing orders for delivery, your attention to detail and commitment to
quality will ensure our stores are always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demands.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for unloading and loading products, organizing stock in the warehouse, and keeping accurate inventory records. You will work closely with the
sales and operations teams to ensure that all orders are filled and delivered on time. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, as you’ll be handling various materials and equipment such as feed, hay, fencing, etc…
Safety is a top priority and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure workplace. Your role as a Warehouse Associate is critical to the success of our operations, and we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic,

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Warehouse Associate or a similar role
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Basic PC knowledge, POS knowledge
  • Good Math Skills
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Safety-Oriented

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Paladin POS system
  • Basic knowledge of Feed and Seed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs.
